About Karnataka CET (KCET)

It is a state level common entrance test, conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) of Karnataka Government. It is conducted to gain admission in various undergraduate courses across colleges of Karnataka. Candidates qualifying in KCET can take admissions in Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Farm Science courses i.e. BSc (Agriculture), BSc (Sericulture), BSc (Horticulture), BSc (Forestry), BSc AgriBioTech, BHSc (Home Science), BTech (Agri Engg), BTech (Food Technology), BTech (Dairy Tech), BFSc (Fisheries), BTech (Food Science &Tech), BSc (Agri Marketing & Co-Op) , BPharma, Pharma-D and 2nd year B.Pharma Lateral Entry course, in Government / University / Private Aided/ Private Un-Aided Professional Educational Institutions in the State of Karnataka.

About ICAR

ICAR is Apex Body for coordinating, guiding & managing research & education in agriculture in whole country under Department of Agricultural Research and Education (DARE). ICAR-AU System of India has 74 Agricultural Universites comprising 63 State Agricultural, Veterinary, Horticultural and Fisheries Universities (SAUs), 4 ICAR-DUs, viz. IARI, IVRI, NDRI and CIFE, 3 Central Agricultural Universities (CAU, Imphal, Dr. RPCAU, Pusa and RLB CAU, Jhansi), 4 Central Universities (CU) All India Entrance Examination for Admission, AIEEA (UG) shall be conducted for admission to Bachelor Degree programmes in Agriculture and Allied Sciences (other than Veterinary Sciences).

KCET One year plan is specially designed for those who wish to focus on KCET after completing their 11th standard exams.

KCET - Crash Course

KCET Crash course is meant for those who are appearing for their 12th standard board exams and wish to focus on KCET after their board exams. These students will be appearing for KCET the same year.
